This week sees us stay at Frecinet National Park for 3 nights. Lots of walking and a few paddles in this beautiful area.
The view from our campsite
Rainy day walks are still good
Wineglass Bay, wirh a very busy track to the lookout,
and with only birds after a walk along the deserted beach
Drive next through Bicheno and stop at the blowhole
Continue up to Bay of Fires, where the sea is aqua and the sand white, and little free campsites are tucked into the coastline. A beautiful place for a bike ride
Find a cafe with delicious coffee, cake, cheese and icecream, then a tiny township along the way that turned memorial trees for WW1 soldiers into works of art, rather than cut them down completely when rotting
Power and shower at Bridport caravan park then buy fresh caught scallops, just-picked raspberries and Jansz bubbles for dinner (zoom in for Mme Bollinger's very wise words...)
