Down South

It's the last of our great bush camping spots, this time for free in a national park, as far south as you can drive. After a 2 hour walk, I'm ready for half a dip, not too brr in that southern ocean…

Then to Cygnet where we manage a couple of tough enough rides, this amazing view on Bruny Island is achieved after about 25 km then 236 steps, lucky there's a coffee shop then a cheese factory to sustain us before the return ride to the ferry.

Our last treat is a folk festival - a mixture of families, ferals, a very few Fabulous Darlings and lots of funky fun.

The town has been yarn bombed and looks great

Look hard enough and you might spot my visor amongst the band leading the choir leading the pilgrims into town.
Aah, an end to another great holiday.

Hobart

Family, food and music at The Taste Festival, and fireworks…

And lots of boats, the main reason for coming here
